Dear Lindsey Families,
The past two weeks have been been exciting. Last week was Spirit Week, including Picture Day, and ending with a very successful and joyful Laps for Lindsey. Thank you to our amazing PTO for organizing such a fun event to support our school and our health!
We found out that Lindsey was honored with the Blue Ribbon Reward. Thank you to the students, teachers, and families for supporting education. I will go to DC November 15-17 for the ceremony and will accept the award on behalf of the students, teachers, and families. We will have a few celebrations before then. The first is on Friday, 10/6. The entire school will gather on the front lawn for a picture with a student-made banner (made in Art class).
Lastly, MAP reports were sent home on Thursday, via Backpack Express. If you haven't see the reports yet, please check your child's folder. Contact the office if you need assistance.
Sincerely,
Melissa Becerra, Principal
