WHEN: Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 7:30 am to noon (approximately).

WHERE: West Geauga High School (room assignments will be posted that morning).

When to keep your student home from school:

• Temperature >100.4 (Can return to school when fever free without the use of fever reducing medication for 24 hours)

• Vomiting (Can return to school when they have not vomited for 24 hours)

• Diarrhea (Can return to school when they have had no diarrhea for 24 hours)

Vision & Hearing Screening:

• State required vision and hearing screenings will be completed for all 7th grade and new students October 3rd and 4th. 

• All students will be screened, unless a parent provides a letter of exemption.

•  If there are any concerns about your child’s vision or hearing you will receive a referral notice. Please have your child seen by a physician and return the completed form to the school health office.

The Interact club is very excited to announce that the Third Annual Volleyball Tournament will take place on Sunday, September 24th, at the Parkside Volleyball Courts beginning at 4:30 PM! 

This tournament is free to enter and there will be pizza and water provided for players and spectators. Teams should be made up of 6 players (must be West Geauga students). The Geauga West Rotary club is sponsoring this event and will provide referees.
