Washington DC Parent Meeting
Reminder for 8th grade parents/guardians - There is an informational meeting TONIGHT, October 2 at 5:30 pm to learn more about the overnight Washington DC trip planned this spring for our 8th grade class. If you can't make the meeting, don't worry - information will be shared on our website soon.
Parent/Teacher Conferences
Be sure to sign up for Parent/Teacher Conferences being held on October 5 and 12. The links to each teacher website can be found here.

GMATT Special Education Resource
The ESC of the Western Reserve offers many resources for families and students with special education needs. One of the supports available is GMATT (Geauga Multi-Agency Transition Team). According to their mission statement, "GMATT brings together several independent agencies and seeks to support student achievement and post-school success by providing resources, guidance, and education to districts and families of school-aged transition youth."
GMATT will be holding a free session, "Family Engagement: Supporting your Child's Transition Journey" that is open to the public on October 11, 2023 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at The Metzenbaum Center. A Zoom option will also be available. Registration is required.

Mural Club 2023-24
Traditionally, students in the 8th grade Mural Club have the honor of painting murals in the Middle School hallway to remain as a lasting memory. This year, we are excited to announce the following students responsible for the murals. We can't wait to see your final works of art in the hallways.
